To Whom it may concern: I applaud what you are trying to do in making sure everyday people do not get caught in a scam but I do not agree with everything in the proposal. I dont agree with the 7 day waiting peroid. My family owns a car dealership, imagine what what happen to our business if people were not allowed to buy cars on impulse and emotion and had to wait seven days. It would devastate business. The same applies in Direct Sales. I do not agree with the list of references or the litagition list. Once again refer back to car business statement. I have been an IBO with Quixtar for about 1.5 years and I am happy with things the way they are
