Good day: I have been an IBO with Quixtar for several years. I have been able to broaden myself with the help of a great team of mentors who want me to be successful and to teach others how to do the same. The team that I'm a part of has one moto,Your Dream Our Team. Over the years I've learned that through hard work I too can have my dreams. From day one when my sponsor sat with me and explained how the business worked he let me know that anytime within the first thirity days if I did not want to go on the company would repay me for regestration and tools that I purchased. So to me the seven day wait is unecessary, also disclosure of one's personal information is also unecessary full disclosure of business practices is provided to each person during the signup process,it comes first not last. As we know no two people are alike and each person who is thinking about joining our team is treated as such. All info is provided so they can make a positive decission that is not taken lightly. We let them know from the begining that they are in business for themselves but not by themselves. In closing I must say that the suggested ruling would shackle An Independent Business Owner in the perfomance of his or her business, and I beleave that this country was founded on the principals of free enterprise and that our forfathers fought and died for that right. No one has been asked to take a bullett for their dreams, and no one would stand by and let their dreams be stolen.
