My experience with Quixtar has been tremendous. This is a legitamate business that actually works. Quixtar does everything by the book and even has a six month return policy for people who get in and then decide it's not for them. This is a company that has a great influence on the United States economy. I will always be thankful that I was found by an IBO and that the process for getting started and building a business was simple and pain free. I think that there are a few things on the proposal that should be changed. There should not be a 7 day waiting period for legitimate businesses like Quixtar. I think that having to wait 7 days would cause people to doubt that Quixtar works. And, it would not be simple anymore. Also, I think that we should not have to provide perspective business owners with references from 10 other IBO's. First, this would go against business owner's right to privacy. Also, we have meetings that allow perspective business owners to meet other IBO's if they want to. We should not have to provide a litigation list... that's just too confusing. We do not need to give specific earnings disclosures. The compensation plan is provided with enough detail in the initial plan that we show people. Lastly, we do not need to give financial substantiation. Again the compensation plan is shown to prospects and they really do not need to see our personal records. It goes back to the right of privacy issues. Our income statements are for income tax purposes. Quixtar is a great company that does a lot for this country and it's business owners. Adding all of these rules to the registration process will turn people away because the whole business is based on simplicity and that's just too complicated. And, to turn people away from a legitimate business like Quixtar would defeat the whole purpose. Thank you, Julia Stone
