Comments:
First of all, we believe the 7 day waiting period is totally ill-advised for the Quixtar business plan because we offer a money back guarantee. Secondly, being required to provide personal information of other IBO's to a new contact could affect the safety and privacy of each of the IBO's. Thirdly, past litigations against Quixtar and other IBO's and their companies has nothing to do with new IBO's and their companies. Every company has a legal team on retainer because lawsuits and legal issues are a common occurance in every company. To single out the direct selling industry on this issue of past litigations would be unfair and unsound. Fourthly, Quixtar has always offered the average monthly income for all active IBO's to accurately depict the possible income to a new IBO. To develop some complex system in order to attempt to inform the prospect on income potential would just complicate and confuse a very simple business concept. In final, if any business or business owner needs to be investigated for fraud his finances would be exposed. A person's finances are private information. and should not be required to be offered to a prospect. We all know and understand that any business will succeed or fail based on the individual owners work ethic and persistance. Quixtar's success track record proves that they are the example of an integrity based business opportunity and should not be lumped in with illegitimate and substandard companies. I trust that the FTC and their professional leaders will be able to discern the proper and ethical steps that need to be taken in order to ensure that the Quixtar business is rewarded for operating and producing free enterprise opportunities of the highest order. The FTC has a responsibility to protect the American people and that includes the Quixtar IBO's and their businesses. I thank you for your time and understanding.
