The proposed FTC rule is making Free Enterprise no longer free and is constritive in nature. This change should not be made. It should not be up to the FTC to dictate how we run our business. We have a group of individuals known as our IBOAI that establishes policies on the conduct of all our members. If the FTC is concerned about our business then have them look at policies and procedures put forth by the IBOAI of Quixtar. Rodney A. Hansen
