Dear Interested Partys; The proposed fcc rule on disclosure for a business opportunity appears to be a burden that only creates a hardship for my business of building business builders. I want you to understand that there are some reasonable regulations that can be proposed as well as unreasonable proposals. The way my wife and I offer opportunity to prospects is legitimate and honest. We tell them that there are no promises for success and that we are aviable to help them grow thier own business. I would like to see some way for there not to be disclosure of my business because that is a private matter and any litigation would also be a private matter. I think that many witch hunts could happen by overzealous enforcers. There could be many business unlike our own that sice step regulation. I thought that there already existed a three day cancil regulation and if so why is the seven day proposal being made. I feel that my business is one of the most honest of today and there does not need to be further government intervention of our business. I thank you for your time and respectfully be yours, Charles Zemko
