Members of the FTC or to whom it may concern: If there had been any illegal practices on behalf of Quixtar in the past that might have led to this proposal it would be completely understood. My wife and I have been IBO's going on to 2 years now and our experience has been satisfying from all our partners and customer service representatives of this wonderful company. It seems like the proposal is going completely against the name of the company which I understand to mean " a swift start". When I hear people say USA is the land of opportunity, immediately I think Quixtar. Tentatively, The Peralta's
