I'm a quixtar IBO for the past 10 years, it's been a wonderful venture for my family and I since we live from this business completly, We have achieve the Diamond level and our goal is to go to the next level helping others achieve their own goals. In my opinion regarding the proposal of the seven day waiting and the referalls, I don't see any benefits for my business in doing so. We do provide the necesary information with the literature like compensation plan, audios, the success magazine, the website www.thisbiznow.com (in which there is enough information about what other companies are talking about quixtar, what other IBO's are saying, what are the numbers, the companies, etc.) and then the weekly business orientation meeting were the new prospects can meet other IBO's that are participating with success on this business. On the other hand, we think is an dissadvantage if we have to wait for the 7 day peroid. Then if they have to ask for references with other local IBO's people could meet someone and do the inscription with them. That would be a waist of money, time and effort. Imaging driving hours back and forth, the gas, the mileage in a single person. What about if in the same meeting are 4 people that can be in the same night. They'll have to wait for a compleet month to get in the business? I mean, they do wait for 7 days, and every time is the same thing with others, like having to wait 7 more days, the goals will be almost impossible to achieve for the new one, people will not generate the money right away and they could be very dissapointed in this business opportunity, and ending in quitting it. And suddenly everybody starts talking bad about the way we do busniess, if people quit we wouldn't have the business that we have now and our income would be affected and my family would feel the consecuences. It will be like caos! Thank you for the attention on my opinion: Ivan Morales Quixtar ID: 2951
