I am an independent business owner powered by Quixtar. All products, registration fees,educational materials etc. are fully refundable up to 120 days (In the last 4 years we've had a non stick pan and a box of cereal that were bad, no problem exchanging/returning) Because of this, I don't feel a waiting period is warranted . A better alternative would be a strong money-back guarantee policy.
