I would first like to state that I applaud your efforts to allow our industry to become more professional and respected. Having said that I would like to give you some of my comments regarding the proposed adjustments for our Quixtar opportunity. 1. Making people wait 7 days. This will discourage and complicate the efforts of Owners and prospects when they are excited about finding an awesome opportunity, and can't get started right away they tend to fall away and get distracted where as they could get on board and start the process. 2. giving references will not work, because there are bad people in every opportunity and someone can influenced to go to a different direction other than the person responsible for that prospect. Also one of the reason's we have weekly seminars is for other owners to promote each other for the benefit of others. 3. Giving lists of lawsuits and such is the craziest suggestion I think on this list. Why would you point out a couple of negative things out of millions of business owners that have successful businesses. If you were trying to get business plans approved for funding a traditional business you would never get it approved by putting negative aspects of what has happened it that businesses industry. 4. Disclosing income is private and legally does not need to be disclosed. That is why we have a FTC approved business plan for anyone to access. It is all in the numbers. success for someone else does not guaranty success for you. 5. If you choose to tell someone how much you make with your business I don't have a problem with providing information. But again it doesn't matter. Its all in the business plan. I believe highly in being professional in whatever you do. I want the quixtar opportunity to be left how it is. It is a point blank opportunity and should be kept as it is. People are not perfect and you can't control what they do or say. You should not change laws because some can't follow the rules. Thank you for your consideration.
