My wife and I are founderrs emeralds in the Quixtar business. I used to be a general contrator until I replaced that income with our Quixtar business. I have learned more about business and success from my mentors in this business than I have anywhere else. It is the finest group of integrious business owners I have met anywhere. The business has also been a great influence on our son who is currently a Junior at Stanford University. We are very clear with people who we present the business plan to that it is not a get rich quick deal. They will have to work hard but the rewards can be great. I have looked at franchise opportunities and a lot of what is being asked here looks like franchise law. It should not be applied to our business. We are made up of small business owners who invest their money to help people get started.Everyone can get a full refund if they choose so there is no need for a waiting period. It would also create more unnecessary expense for the person starting the new person. As far as providing a list of other people in the business we have weekly meetings where people are welcome to come and meet mew business owners as well as those who have been in the business a while. We fully disclose tha average incomes to all prospects before they register.I do not disclose my personal income to prospects, I do tell them where I am on the bonus chart and the SA 4400 provides them with averages. I do not feel that it would be appropriate to disclose my personal income. I would not be comfortable giving my personal finances to everyone I present the business opportunity to. I would be willing to provide a litigation list for myself personally but not for everyone in the Quixtar business. I fell that it would be totally unfair to have to do that. Thank You Tom Mattinson
