I support some of the proposed rule, however i feel that parts of the rule are infringing on personal rights of Americans to make their own decisions to further their families future. I do not think there should be a minimum waiting period prior to registration in an opportunity. Many Americans know what they are looking for long before they see our business model. Setting a 7 day waiting period could slow down their growth potential. I also disagree with the requirement to provide 10 references. This infringes on other business owners personal time and personal information. Many owners are focused on their futures and businesses. This rule would partially pull them away from their own businesses, due to time constraints. Also, Quixtar already does a marvelous job of providing potential associates with references from the business world through the following website: (www.thisbiznow.com) This, along with the business owner the potential associate is working with should be sufficient. Thank you for your time and interest in what we as business owners feel about this proposal. We too are annoyed with scam and pyramid schemes, but when creating laws to try and eliminate these we do need to keep in mind the repercussions this could have on legitimate businesses that help American families fulfill their dreams and goals and ultimately help America's economy!
