Ref; Business Opportunity Rule R511993 I am U.S. Military retired. I have found an opportunity in MLM to supplement my retirement. I have two children in college and find this opportunity offers a potential solution to the ever present fiscal challenges I'm faced with. I conduct my business with the utmost integrity and follow closely the strict policies and procedures set forth by corporate. Proposed legislation would virtually eliminate my ability to function by implementing a confusing and perplexed series of delays confounding the ability to freely and spontaneously interact with potential team members. Please reconsider the proposed action and realize it offers nothing in the form of "value added" to any one other than potential competitors.
