These proposed regulations are an inexcusable violation of our privacy on 4 counts, on our freedom to conduct business n a lawful manner(as presently defined by appropriate state/federal regulations), and a classic example of the cure being worse than the disease. Obviously there have been many scam artists in the mlm industry:; you would be punishing the innocent along with the guilty. I strongly object and will do everything I can through my elected representatives, etc. to defeat these pernicious proposals.
