I find your ideas on requirements to do personal franchising not only very restrictive but non benificial to the public as a whole. Requiring seven days waiting time and full disclousure of such recommended information is wrong. It will only cause the honest people and businesses to get hurt while those that do not or will not follow any of these new proposed guidelines to flurish and you will have made the problem worse. The Quixtar corporation has probably already summited their recomendations as they have put them out for all in their business to see. I agree with their recomendations and would strongly recommend that you set your guidelines along their recommendations. I for one refuse to tell others how much money I earn as I'm sure that any reading this would refuse to tell prospective (employees) how much you earn. I actually find your proposed rules very offensive to my ability to be able to pursue the Great American Dream. honestly.
