This proposed set of requirements would just about destroy my ability to continue in my MLM business. I would not even consider putting all my personal information out there for all the looky lous to see and do dasterdly things with. I understand that there are a lot of fraudulant companies out there, but I would hope that anyone I would talk to would have the sense to thouroughly check out both product and company through more than just my say so before proceeding with investment or purchase. I think that we don't need these next to impossible regulations placed upon us. The people that are operating fraudulantly will never even abide by these and the people that are considering getting involved with MLM on the internet wouldn't even have a clue that these rules exist. There has to be a better way than this. We don't need FTC regulations. We need to figure out some way to get the frauds off of the internet.
