I am writing in concern over the proposed rule 16 CFR Part 4370. Just in reading what is proposed to do seems to violate every privacy right that I know of. It definitly seems to inflict restrictions on my ability to prosper in my MLM business. The proposal for information that is legally deemed private may have to be exposed to do business. I wish for some response to the full measure of what you perceive to be fraudelent in the marketing business. I will be contacting my Congressman in my District on what we as American Citizens can do to stop any kind of unconstitutional rule that causes us to expose any kind of private information to the public. Our goal is to make a living which is in our rights as Americans. Fraudelent Marketeers should be held accountable when discovered. We agree, but not all of us would ever fit in that catagory. We seek honest and suffiecent oppurtunities to market products that are available, but setting us up for lawsuits by people that seek those same oppurtunities to destory these same oppurtunities is not a suffiecent answer to this small problem. There is always risk in business. We take that risk seriously. Some of us have spent thousands of dollars to find the right business oppurtunity. The freedom we have to prosper should never be restricted or controlled by a rule that only cause more restrictions and mistrust. A rule of this kind can bring about a even more devastating problem,"control" that is unecessary and damaging to the very prosperity that we all seek in our marketing businesses. We set about to be sucessful and to generate an income that will help us aid our own country in it's prosperity to provide jobs and security. You jack up gas prices so high that many cannot afford to travel, to go do business, or build one. We generate an income from marketing to be able to compensate all the high prices thrown at us. You do not force government to help us when prices are so high that we are forced to live a life of whatever you allow us to have. This country was built on hard work and the government has no God given right or constitutional right to invoke rules that are not Laws. Hiding behind the mask of protecting people from fraud by controlling the outcome and oppurtunity of those who work so hard to be honest and geniune in there endeavors is an outright act of treason. We need the support of our government in our oppurtunities to do business. Given people that right will always invoke problems from people who are dishonest and self seeking. Restricting marketing for the sake of trying to control this should never happen. Give us a RULE that will allow us to report fraudenlent actions by those who use the honest work of others to rob people. We should be the one's monitoring our own businesses, believe me we see alot of corruption that can and should be reported. Thank you and please help us not restrict us. Vinson E. Bilodeau
