In regards to Business Opportunity Rule, R511993, I am not in favor of what the FTC is suggesting. I am an IBO with Quixtar and believe my business will be hindered by this rule. You will be hurting the honest people while trying to stop the dishonest ones. Thank you, Richard Greco
