The only organizations/persons this will truly give a negative impact to are the honest ,true MLM companies like mine that are trying to do everything legal and right. This law needs to be rewritten to a better standard. I do not agree with this proposal at all. I should not have to give a list of my personal information out to someone who is contemplating joining in my downline. After they join and all is good, then I personally contact the individual and give them all the info about me they need. If it is a dishonest group or organization it would not hurt them as bad. Please rethink this issue. I do not think this is the solution.
