To Whom It May Concern: I am a TEAM IBO affiliated with the Quixtar site. I would like to pass on a few comments concerning your proposed new rule changes that would greatly affect my business. I believe all direct selling businesses should require clear, simple and standardized income disclosure and should also provide a reasonable cancellation policy. But the other rule changes you are proposing will greatly harm my business and my family's financial future. You are grouping my business with every disreputable "get rich quick scheme" that comes down the pike. I cannot begin to tell you the wonderful, positive effect this business has had on me and my family. It has brought us all closer together and has given us a common goal. It is the fairest business that the average person can get involoved in and give him/her a purpose. It gives hope. It gives inspiration. And last, but certainly not least, it gives us a chance to develop a passive income flow which will secure our family's financial future which we could not do any other way. I, nor any of my teammates, was coerced or deceived in any way as to what this business is or what it takes to build it. Everyone affiliated with TEAM and Quixtar has been nothing but honest, sincere and helpful, which, if you're an IBO, is the only way you will have any lasting success. So, your new proposal should NOT require a 7 day waiting period before registering. This is foolish. What it costs to sign up in our business is a pitance compared to most businesses and they get products(100% satisfaction guaranteed) as well as a business book and atwo website registrations. They get something for their money. And if for some reason they have a change of heart, I mentioned above that all businesses of this nature should have a resonable cancellation policy, which we do. The new proposal should NOT require references to be provided to prospects or disclosure of past litigation. Do you require this of ALL businesses? Why are we so different? Any idiot can sue someone even without a legitimate reason. Our business has always been the model that all others are compared. This proposal part would only prevent many hard working Americans from taking a small step forward toward making their family's financial future secure. They can find out anything they want about our business legitimately as well as get anybody's opinion about our business just through accessing the internet. Also, the new proposal should NOT require financial records to be disclosed to potential prospects. We are NOT DECEIVING anyone!!! Being involved in our business a short time will give them all the answers they would want. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Tim Markham
