that is a a bad rule because it places affiliate programs,single tier and multitier in the same category as mlm multitier affiliates are similar to mlm in the payplan only.Both types of affiliate programs are free to join and pay reps to move products to the ultimate consumer a single tier program pays on personal sales only. multitiered affiliate programs can pay on 6 tiers of referrals Like nutronix 7+tiers like eniva . Both types of affiliate programs as well as legit mlm can jumpstart the economy as well as stimulate innovation. why stop it? have you ever heard of presumed innocent until proven guilty
