I totaly support establishing a level playing field for all direct sellers that would require clear simple and standardized income disclosures. However personal income disclosures should never be required because every individual business, method, style, attitude and decissions are different. Also based on the merrit principle, time in any business has no bearing on an individuals income, it's desire, effort and many other factors that count. I believe every company should provide a reasonable cancellation of contract policy but should not require a waiting period to decide on when to start their business. It's not required in car sales or any other financial planning or big ticket purchases becauls business would never get done. If a person has a need or a purpose, and if the proposed business is legetimate and fills the need, then they as mature ratioinal adults should be able to decide and that and move forward to persue it. On the subject of disclosing litigation. No retail outlet is required to post every litigation, they encounter, to their buying public. Also the wrong doing of any individual business owner does not reflect the credibility of the hosting company or other credible IBO's. It has no bearing on the new persons potential to succeed. Perhaps every company should provide a statement of ethical standards for their IBO's and should hole everyone accountable to uphold them. I believe each company should be required to make availible, upon request, a list of substantiated infractions, violations and complaints levied against the individual sponsoring IBO or company.
