Ladies & Gentlemen: Please do not exterminate the HOPES and DREAMS of millions of people. The proposed new rule out (16 CFR Part 4370), if passed, would have a severe negative impact on my budding network marketing business. The new rule, which is under consideration, would be a detriment to all people who simply want to help others and to pursue the American dream. Why don't you consider some legislation that would deter TERRORISM or ILLEAGLE ALIENS instead of TARGETING good, wholesome and upstanding entrepreneurs such as myself? Please do not pass the proposed new rule out (16 CFR Part 4370) because it would kill the hopes and dreams of Americans such as myself.
