Dear Sirs/Madam, In reference to your proposed rule (16 CFR Part 4370), I believe what you are proposing will have a severe negative impact to our free enterprise system. I know that you are trying to protect some from fraud and scams, but what this rule will mostly likely do is destroy the complete Direct Selling and/or MLM's industry.. This would be tremendous lost to what can be a life saving income for many entrepreneurs.. Myself, having little internet marketing experience, have been able, through a company, Nutronix, to be able to build a business that will give me the income in which will give me and my family a comfortable income into my retirement years.. Having no retirement, I knew I had to find a business in which had a residual income that would sustain me in future years and I found such a business.. What you are proposing will kill any future business for me and tens of thousands of others that work hard in businesses that are legitimate a can give people such as myself a way to get a head in life. We have always been told that America is the land of Opportunity, yet when one finds a way to partake in such an opportunity that is legitimate, the government seems to step in and curb, legislate and destroy it. It seems more and more that the government seems to think that the average American can't think for themselves and is not allowed to take any chances for fear that a few might get hurt. I surely hope you will NOT proceed with this proposed rule, for if you do you will be destroying the lives of thousands and thousands of dedicated Americans.. Sincerely, Duane Bender
