To Whom it May Concern, Words cannot express the joy that has been brought to my life through my Quixtar business. My wife and I have been part of the team for a few years now and are quickly achieving our goals. Our life dreams have changed through the possibilities through this business opportunity. The intangibles are hard to measure. Not only are our financial goals being achieved, but we are working with incredible people that I can easily call my best friends today. I am thankful that the FTC is cracking down on the scams and schemes out there that are creating a bad name for all business opportunities. Thank you. However, rules set in place to stop those unfortunately hurt the ones who are building a business of honesty and integrity. Our privacy as IBO's should remain honored. A prospect's right to free enterprise should be based on THEIR goals, not the income of the person who introduces them to the business. My goals in life and in business are not based upon my sponsor's success in anyway. I was able to get all the facts I needed to make an educated decision. I was also able to meet may of the other IBO's on the team to get their mentorship and perspective on the business. The only time that was recommended to me to wait before starting my business was the time it took for me to get comfortable with the business itself. I took all the time I needed and appreciate ME being able to choose when I get started. When I started my business, adequate information was available to me so that I may make an unbiased educated decision on the opportunity. The SA-4400 was sufficient in its disclaimers and information for me to learn about the pros and risks (if any) to starting my business. These are just a few aspects to the proposed rule that I wanted to commet on. I appreciate the intentions of the rule, but please consider these and the recommendations from Quixtar as to the changes that DON'T need to be made. Do not punish the whole because the lack of integrity of the few. I appreciate living in this country and appreciate the opportunitly to freely build my own business. Please don't hinder that in any way. Thank you. Peter Walton
