Dear Sir, I have been a distributor in a multi-level marketing company for almost 14-years. There are many companies out there that do business the right way and would be harmfully effected if the Business Opportunity Rule R511993 is passed into law as currently proposed. The company I distribute for is Wellness International Network in Plano Texas and we have been doing a great job ever since we opened the doors in 1992. This rule could put many thousands of hard working self employed people out of business. This country was founded on the entrepreneurial spirit of our forefathers and this bill would eliminate the spirit in which this country was founded. I respectfully request you consider this bill to harsh for the self employed people of this great country and rewrite the bill so that it only affects the people who are causing the proplems discussed, the way the bill is written seems like you are throwing the baby out with the bath water, it would hurt more people than you intend for it to help.
