The Internet is the one place to market for free. Any attempt to regulat that right will seriously hamper the small business person and Home-Based Businesses especially. I agree there are many "scams" and "Fraudulentl Offers", but most of us are just trying to make an honest living. I have Parkinson's Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Working from my home is my best option. I have tried purchasing leads. That resulted in hundreds of dollars wasted. My husband is handicapped and can not work. I am not eligible for Social Security under my own work record nor spousal. There must be thousands who have a similar situation. Please give serious consideration to what this might mean to "the middle class". We are not wealthy, hard-hitting, big business . We are just trying to make a living. Please consider that most of us are hard working, people of integrity, and need to earn their money through internet marketing. Thank you for considering my comment. Gwen A. Roberts-Foote
