This is my first experience in the network marketing business in more than just a casual manner. I got involved because of my wife's health issues and have been amazed at the tremendous results she has received as well as my friends and business associates. In my opinion Xango has under promised and over delivered with their mangosteen juice product. I have read the proposed rule changes for our business and am alarmed at its overkill approach. My business would suffer considerably if say the 7 day waiting period were to be put into affect. This is just another method of punishing everyone for the acts of a few bad apples. I would hope that you would do more oversight with the existing laws on the books. You know it has been my experience that people are pretty smart and know a false income scheme when they see it or will know after the use of a specific product if what is touted is of benefit to them? I would propose a policing of our direct marketing industry by people in our business. In the final analysis, if this rule passes, you are stripping the entrepreneurial spirit from people like me and will be placing more onerous burdens than are needed in my opinion. Thank you for listening.
