To whom It May Concern: The rules and guidelines in which the FTC wants to implement will cause a displeasing response for future candidates. I have chosen this network of independent business ownership because of its free enterprise where anyone could take apart of the opportunity without any constriants. However, having future candidates wait for seven days to start a business and the network team to provide 10 references does not quarantee success for both parties. Moreover, given that this instant gratification society, if this plan is to be implemented, we could use the internet(a specific website for the company) as way to get the references which makes it more credible and speeds up the process. And having the candidate to wait for seven days should be eliminated or reduced to 3 days.
