Dear Sir or Madam, I understand that we should have a standardized income disclosure policy that apply to all income claim. Obviously, we also should have a reasonable cancellation policy. But this is the limit that the government should come in on the free enterprise system. Beyond that would not be beneficial for the entrepreneur in the direct selling industry. Hey, in this industry, other fraudulelent companies hurt the upright companies. As a direct marketer, the first thing I have to overcome is the bad impression that these fraudalent companies leave on my prospects. The second thing about any upright direct marketing company is that just by registering up someone, it will not make money. Registering alone will not make money in my business. There is hard work involved and much training that goes on before anybody makes any money. Please, this problem is like the guns and weapons problem. There will be people who use direct marketing to take advantage of others, and there will be people who use it for the good of their family financial safety. There will be people who use guns to harm others and there will be people who use guns for the good of their family safety. Gun sellers don't have to provide financial statements and litigations against selling guns. Why is the government giving us hard times. Other fraudulent direct marketing companies are already giving us a hard time doing our business, why is the governemnt trying to make it even harder???
