|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 437|
Comments:To Whom it may concern; As a person who has signed up for several mlm's in the past, I want to ask you to please not restrict them beyond their ability to do work. I believe in caveat emptor. I have not succeeded in building a large business from any of my ventures. Amway, Melaleuca, and a couple of others. But the fault is not on the companies. I did not do the work required to succeed. Is that my right? And isn't it the right of the companies to prospect and sell me the opportunity?
