To whom it may concern, In regards to the proposed rule changes on Multi-level Marketing I hope you would reconsider approval. Mlm is the common persons chance at building a real profitable business. It is what the American dream stands on ( a chance) not a promise or a guarentee which our culture is being conditioned to expect but a chance! It is my families way out of the check to check barely get by lifestyle, and these rules will ruin that. I feel this is another example of speacial interest effecting power the little guy can't afford! It is a very disheartening example of our current political situation. I pray you will consider the everyday citizens ability to provide the records and attention(time) these rule will apply, and not change the laws unnecessarily.
