Dear Sir; As a new IBO in Quixtar, As i read over these proposed rules. I see more problems than solutions. My newly becoming a IBO was extremely smooth, and all info needed was freely given or available to me without any problems. Also to have a 100 percent money back if not satisfied. I don't see what else these good people could do. From what i see of your new rules. Their is much more cause for concern of the posiblity of fraud from all of the personal info you deem needed for a new IBO. Having just gone through this, I can tell you this is not so. I do not want access to anyones personal info anymore than they would want mine. especialy with all the identity thefts going on these days. I know you are looking at this as being a positive set of controls. And it could be from one angle. But if you look at it from all sides, I see more problems, not less. Thank You Anthony J Giannandrea
