I am excited that the FTC is looking into accountability for network marketers and other home based business opportunities. It is important that legitimate information be given to potential business partners in a network marketing business. Please be sensitive to the business' such as the Quixtar Independent Business Owner, who are already operating and prospecting business and customer bases in a legitimate manner according to Quixtar guidlines. I encourage accountability, but discourage stipulations which may "hamstring" already legitimate businesses. Sincerely
