I am against 16 CFR Part 437. I am a successful member of a MLM company. The products are very high quality. The company is excellent in it's handling of commissions. I've been involved since May'05 and have been totally satisfied with the company. I am also earning an income that allows me to pay for my products and support advertising for my downline members. I anticipate being able to replace my full-time income as a Radiologic Technologist with the income from this part-time business within another year or two. However, if this rule is adopted I will be put out of business! I will lose the opportunity to better my family's financial position and will lose a significant investment. The government will consequently lose the tax revenues this income would have produced. Legitimate MLM companies enable middle class Americans to better themselves. 16CFR437 would hold us down on the economic ladder. Definitely go after the scams that are out there, but don't do it by penalizing the legitimate businesses. Thank you.
