IDear Federal Trade Commissioners I want to express my concern on FTC's proposed new rule change in "Business Opportunity Rule R511993". Though the intent is to protect consumers, the stringent proposed rules would jeopardize majority of the business owners who are honest and respectful and take their business seriously to make a living. There may be a few unethical individuals in all industries; it is the genuine business owners are being penalized and getting hurt. America economy flourishes because of great business opportunities. Most of them are small business and most are in some form of direct sales. I urge the FTC to re-consider and not to proceed with this strict regulation of "Business Opportunity Rule R511993". Many small businesses will go out of business and it will ultimately hurt US economy. Sincerely, M.C. Tay Business owner July 16, 2006
