I beleve the proposed requirements are a step in the right direction to restrict the get rich quick schemes that are out their, but I believe that the 7 day limitation from time opportunity is presented till prospect can register would restrict growth of my business.Having to disclose my financal statments to my prospects would have a very negitive effect on the growth of my business. All a prospect has to do is look at the oportunity and be able to see all of my private financial information that they could possibly use against me in the future. If I had to disclose every lawsuit against either Quixtar,or any IBO even if the lawsuits had no ligitimacy or not would be a never ending process.Plus anybody can file a claim about anything even if the have no substantial evedence supporting their claim.I have allways provided all the information that a prospect needs to make a decision anytime I present this oppportunity.I believe that a person needs all the information to make a descion, but they dont need to see my personal financial information or that of any IBO to make decision.Quixtars business plan has been approved by the F.T.C. for more than 50 years. That in and of its self should be enough to make a decison.Obviously their are the fly by night deals and this will force them to ligitimize their business, but I belive putting excessive restrictions on ligitimate business opportunitys would hurt the growth of the economy and the free enterprise system.Thank you for taking the time to ask for input from the varous businesses in the industrie.I hope that in the future you would continue to ask for feed back from those who the laws would effect. Sincerly, Randy Krock Independent Business Owner
