I feel that this proposal violates our rights as american citizens, it violates our freedom of choice, as well as our right of privacy. We have dedicated customers that would not necissarily want their name out there to people who are looking into the business. It is sad that there are fraudulent, fly by night companies out there that prey on the weak. I don't feel that everyone should be punished as a whole because of this. I am very opposed to this proposal that targets network marketing companies. Why don't you require all types of companies to give the pros and cons for a certain type of job and the other employees and bosses that people may have to work with? Why don't you have to hear from other customers who have bought a product or service from conventional businesses? How about certain doctors, etc that are recomending a surgery to a patient? or many other types of things. There are many valid, legitimate Networking companies that are helping other people that this should not punish. I hope that you truly take this into consideration.
