Dear FTC Members, Please take into consideration that the scam artists are not going to abide by any kind of regulation that you mandate, regardless of what it demands. Consqeuently those that will be most hurt by these type regulations are the honest men and women who, are just trying to make ends meet each month. I personally know several senior citizens who are just trying to eke out a living, from home. Please recall the old saying, Don't burn down the barn to get rid of the rats!
