I have been with the Quixtar business for a little over two years now and can say that the most benificial gain to this point has been my personal growth. In the recent months, I have been seeing the benifit of this has been to apply this to begin my team buildint process. I knew up front that this would not be an overnight process and was willing to take the time to achieve my goals. I agreed to put in my time and effort to achieve my goals. If I put in the time and effor, I reap the rewards. When I sponsor others, I pass along this info to them. If I decieved them into thinking they would instantly get rich, not too long there after they would realize that they would not and give up. My time and effort, not to mention theirs would have all been wasted. I am open and honest with them for this reason. I leave printed info pertaining to our business and the Quixtar business as well. The up front cost is about $200.00 and $150.00 of this is an optional product kit, and if they decide to leave the business can a full money back refund on the products. I know this to be true as I have sponsored a prospect and he left the business less than a week later. Not only did Quixtar refund his money, the also allowed him to keep the products. The seven day waiting period seems a bit ridiculous as there is a full money back refund if the prospect so desires. I do not see why a prospect should be held back in building his business right from the get go. Some people are movers and shakers more than others. I do not see how my business would benifit by giving out a list of my competition. I am in business to help others as well as myself, not my competetors. Ford doesn't sent customers to Chevy, do they? My earnings depend on my effort and I can see what I need to do in order to achieve any particular level in the intrest of having the new prospect see what and when he can achieve his goals, I pass this along. No guarantees. He has to do the work and I will help him but I will not do it for him. I do not have time to do it for them but I can show them how and help them if they will let me. Any business that is successful has litigations against them and many of them are without merit. The public record has these so a person could find these if he thought it was a necessity. If I stopped doing business with someone, everyone who was sued, I would be doing no business anywhere. I do not broadcast my income to others. I certainly don't ask my boss what his income is. That has no bearing on what mine will be. I share where I would like to be and the sky is the limit for everyone. Botttom line is that I feel that the people I want to do business with are not concerned with past history and only look to the future. I certainly am. Bradley W Wilson
