I believe that this proposal has good intensions; however, it would hurt the legitimate businesses. As an Independent Business Owner with Quixtar, this would hurt my ability to grow and expand my legitimate business. The Quixtar corporation offers a 1 year guarantee that offers you your money back if you decide not to pursue this venture within that period of time. I believe that this gives our prospective partners ample amount of time to make any kind of truly educated decision they would like to make about our company. On the other hand, the illegitimate businesses that this law would affect would simply overlook this proposal and go around it. Quixtar along with their other independent business owners within our organization have several great suggestions on how to improve on this proposal. Please listen to them and their ideas.
