July 12th, 2006 Federal Trade Commission Office of the Secretary Room H-135 (Annex W) 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20580 Re: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my concern about proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I am an Independent Herbalife Distributor, and have been for 4 years. This business has allowed me to build an income at home so I can stay with my children. Over the past 4 years, I have worked very hard to get my business to the point where I enjoy a full time income from it. The proposed rules in the above mentioned ruling will dramatically affect my ability to continue in business. Why would I subject MY prospects, which I worked hard to develop, to someone else’s influence? I wouldn’t want MY name and contact information given out to others. I spend enough time on the phone each day with my own prospects, and I will NOT spend time trying to build someone else’s business too. I already spend time and money complying with Can SPAM regulations, a 30 day money back guarantee, income disclosures, and a host of other regulations already in existence. We need to spend more time enforcing what’s already law, rather than making more laws! Regards, Cheryl Lynn Trenary Herbalife International, Independent Distributor
