I am opposed to the restrictions imposed by the Business Opportunity Rule, R511993. The investment made by people wanting to sell through network marketing is usually quite small. Although most people don't make much money, it is not for lack of company and "upline" support! Many of my clients and acquaintances are involved in network marketing and make small incomes from it. No one forced them into the business and none of them invested huge sums to become involved. Judy Azaren
