I have been a Quixtar IBO for over 5 years and have experienced financial as well as personal growth. I feel the new law would limit my conducting business with new IBO's. They would wonder why they have to wait 7 days before commencing their businesses (in effect may lose some prospects, such as family and close friends). I also do not feel I should provide "references" to new IBO's as these names are confidential and would not want to disclose this information.
