I am an Independent Business Owner (IBO) working with Quixtar.com I support reasonable business disclosure that is fair and help consumers make wise choices. I also support creating a level playing field by requiring clear, simple and standardized income disclosures that apply to all direct sellers. These rules should also provide a reasonable cancellation policy. New rules should not require a seven-day waiting period before a prospect could register. They also should not require IBO references be provided to prospects or disclosure of past litigation. Further, the rule should not require financial records to be disclosed to prospects. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to voice my opinion. Please do not handicap legitimate business owners who are operating properly within the free enterprise system.
