I am writing because I do not want Business Opportunity Rule CFR Citation# 16 CFR Part 437 to be passed. I am a honest, hardworking, independant salesperson and feel that this new law will put additional undue stress on my profession. It causes individuals interested in joining my sales team unecessary apprehension, increases the amount aof paperwork involved in completing my job and will possibly increase the cost of the jewelry in which I sell (thus effecting my profits). Please, Please do not pass this law. Sincerely, Hardworking salesperson in Illinois
