Tupperware's consultant agreement form explains the facts. How much does it cost to start? How much can I make? How much time does it take? What is expected of you? The consultant gets a copy of the terms and conditions and the above information. Tupperware has lots of FREE Training, at various type of meetings, online, conference calls, printed form, etc. I personally do just about anything to help my team, and many not on my team by example. IT IS REALLY UP TO THE INDIVIDUAL TO EITHER MOTIVATE THEIRSELF TO BE SUCCESSFUL (in their own mind) or NOT. Any business is successful or not based on getting off you butt and working. If you don't want to be your own boss and the responsiblity that comes with a "REAL JOB", then you need to go work for someone else to tell you what to do, when to do, who you HAVE TO WORK WITH, when to show up, when to leave, what to wear, and don't forget we have to be senitive to everyone else's attitude etc, but keep you own mouth shut. NO THANK YOU! I worked in a Juvenile Hall for 5 years, and that was enough!
