I think this proposed rule making that is listed above is very cumbersome for the business networking person and absolutely is not necessary. Networking is a very viable business practice and is used by many corporate companies in the United States and world wide. Whether a person or company is direct selling or networking has nothing to do with the integrity or practice of moving product to another person. Advertising and marketing is key to a direct sales environment and there are no restrictions like this to direct sales as you are proposing to networking companies which is people oriented word of mouth advertising. Please do not pass this motion. It is very unecessary.
