I am not a good, Public Speaker, and I'm sure you have heard a LOT of comments from people who are. So I will get right to the point. This proposal has got to be THE MOST RIDICULOUS thing that has ever been proposed! For ALL the reasons that all the other people have stated already. Just add my name to the LONG list of people that have more common sense than WHO-EVER it was that came up with this, Hair-Brained, idea. Thanks for letting me say this. Sincerely, George Wardlaw
