To Whom It May Concern: I have been affiliated with Gano Excel for about 2 years and other network marketing companies for over 30 years. I became affiliated with these types of companies to earn some additional money for my family. Now, since my husband is disabled and can't work we really depend on this to support us. This proposed new rule has many unintended consequences and there are less burdensome alternatives available in achieving its goals. This would impose even greater hardships on my family than we have already. Please reconsider this rule. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Christine Buchek
